The holiday is an important event in China, celebrated with special foods and family gatherings. Each year in the Chinese calendar is associated with an animal from the Chinese zodiac. 2021 is the year of the Ox; 2022 will be the year of the Tiger; and 2023 will be the year of the Rabbit.
